A few nights ago I was driving passed the beach at sunset. The sky was so beautiful that I couldn't resist stopping to take a few photos. benji was with me and he was quite spellbound by the orange and purple sky. This weeks colour combo over at The Color room was perfect for scrapping this photo. I had fun making my background by dry brushing white gesso over spray inks. I have had the Prima black felt swirl and the Fancy Pants transparency in my stash for ages. I used scrapware circles as a base for my vine leaves and roses and added a little mesh to one corner. The large flower is from Prima and I hand made the smaller one by covering paper flowers with several layers of clear UTEE, layering them and completing the look with a Prima flower centre. A rub-on title and some journaling strips completed the LO.
