Another challenge is up at Another freaking Scrappy Challenge - with an awesome prize for grabs:)

Its time for another challenge over at Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge, here it is :

February 22nd is Baden Powell Day – Baden Powell was the founder of Boy Scouts, and his sister Agnes was the founder of Girl Guides. Scrap a memory of you in Scouting or Girl Guides (brownies, Sparks, Guides, etc.) or a memory of a group you belonged to when you were a child or teen. You may include a momento or journal a memory of what belonging meant to you.

Don't forget that if you play along with this challenge, complete our blog hop this month, or play along with our 1 February challenge by the 28th of this month, you are eligible for a chance (one chance per challenge and completed blog hop) for a FREAKING AWESOME prize (visit the blog http://another-freaking-scrappy-challenge.blogspot.co.nz/  for a picture of what you can win)

I didn't have any photos of myself as a kid in any groups but I did find this photo of my in-laws taking part in a Dutch drama group in the 50s. They met in this group and their romance blossomed from then! The background paper is an older line from Graphic45 which I have torn and distressed. I dry brushed black paint around the area of my photo to make it stand out from the busy background. I added lots of cute embellies and a chipboard frame to complete the look.
