Paradise Beach

The colour combo this week at The Color Room was perfect for these photos of the beach in Fiji. I have been putting off scrapping these because I really wanted to do justice to the beauty of the beach, but I finally decided to bite the bullet and give them a go. The papers I used are again from the lovely MME 'Miss Caroline' collection. I spritzed my background with mr Hueys 'Calico White' using a couple of Kaisercraft wooden flower as masks. The flowers looked so cool covered in white mist that I adhered them to the page s well! The cute collection of birds was the perfect embellishment for this design. I had cut them from a sheet of Glitz design 'Paper Layers' for a previous project then decided not to use them. The  blue flower is from Purple Pumpkin and the gorgeous bling flourish is ofcourse 'Prima'. I really love how the page has turned out - only now I really want to go back to Fiji and stroll along those beaches again!!
