I logged onto the color room this afternoon and had a lovely surprise - my layout below ' Fun Days' is one of the featured pages for this week :) Totally made my weekend.
This page is for the April Prima BAP. I used an older Prima 'spring' line combined with some of my recently acquired embellishments. I love the cotton spool buttons (I'm already on my 3rd packet) and the canvas resist shapes - birds, butterflies, tags, tickets etc ... I did a lot of layering on this one and sprayed my background using a Prima mask. The photos were taken at a local park/recreation ground when my older son was playing in a soccer match and the younger ones were playing in the reeds - they built a teepee out of reeds and grass with dads help ofcourse. My teenage daughter passed the time reading her new favourite book - the Hunger Games series ofcourse!!
