Check out this week's Challenge at Stuck Sketches

Here is the sketch and my  take on it for the design team. Isn't it an fabulous sketch? I loved the big butterfly element as soon as I saw it and knew that I wanted to keep that in my page. I chose this photo of Adam and his lovely girlfriend Isabel taken on the day that they celebrated 18 months as a couple. My papers are from the lovely Tigerlily collection (Kaisercraft). I used the Studio Calico wooden butterflies as masks to spray my orange 'Mr Hueys' ink over, then I adhered one of the butterflies to the page. I used lots of flowers (for me anyway) on this page and cut up my 'Say it with Studs' swirl to frame the photo. I made the big butterfly by layering three Grace Taylor die cut butterflies on top of each other and adding extra stickles to make them really glitter. I used pearl brads for the body and florists wire for the antennae.
I really love the final page - I think it is one of my favs. The colours of the papers are so beautiful and the photo is very special. Do have a try at this challenge and visit stuck to see the other CT members fantastic takes on this sketch!
