The Story of an Art Board

My daughter Natalie has spent the last week working to finish her 5th form NCEA art board. She loves her art and spends hours getting every detail just as she want it to be so this really has been a marathon job for her. But the result is spectacular! Her favourite piece is the Peter Pan themed painting (bottom Right). You can't see the details too well in my photo but in real life it is really amazing!
Anyway, I wanted to scrap a page for her so that she will remember how hard she worked and how pleased she was with her final board. Natalie's favourite paper line right now (and mine too I think) is this Amy Tangerine collection. The colours are so vibrant and the prints so fun! I added lots of wee details and a flower in one of her favourite colours (yellow). The wooden flower that I used as a mask and then adhered to my page is from Kaisercraft and the yellow cotton spool and flower are Prima. Everything else is Amy Tangerine (I have the entire collection I think lol).
The current word at 'Bird is the Word' is 'story' so I'm off to load this onto their blog. Have a great day wherever you are :)))

Perfect, Sara - really lovely & it tells such a happy story. Creativity runs in the family! I spy some washi in there, too - I really like the 'split' flag banner & also how you've grouped the AT embellies - looks neat:):) We're off today, so I won't be annoying you much for a while....so excited!!!!:):):) My little travel diary is done & ready to go!!!!!
