Just got back home and found an e-mail in my in-box (along with another 275 -sigh!) from my lovely cyber-friend Lizzy Hill. Earlier in the month she invited to be interviewed for the awesome 'Scrapfriends' blog for which she is a design team member. I was really thrilled and flattered to be asked. Anyway the finished interview is up on the scrapfriends blog :( http://blog.scrapfriends.com.au/2013/01/inspired-to-scrap-with-sarah-groen.html?showComment=1358490246984#c3618185764088707767) and the ladies over there have done such a great job - it truly made my day! Thanks so much I am grinning from ear to ear - just what I needed before facing the mountain of post-holiday washing and unpacking !!
Now I have a page to share with you - the friday challenge from Frosted Designs:
The challenge is to include one thing or many things that are on your bucket list in a card,
layout or off the page project!
Here is my DT page. I love the photo that I took of New York from the aeroplane but was not sure how to scrap it. this was an excellent excuse to use it! My papers are a mix of Heidi Swapp and pink Paislee. I added some ephemera from Kaisercraft and journaled on handmade tags. It felt good to write down some of my goals - and to tick off one (Santa very generously left an ipad under the Xmas tree this year with my name on it!)
Do head over to Frosted Designs to see the other DT member's awesome takes on this theme and to have a go at the challenge yourself. It is lots of fun! Have a great weekend :)
