Lazy Weekend mornings

This oneis a little different from my ususal. I really wanted to cut a big title with my cameo and make it the focus of a page. My daughter took the photo with my ipad and I played around with filters and effects in 'Photo Wonder'. Since the quality of the photo wasn't great the filters really make it 'cool' and a little bit different. I really love how it shows a snippit of our every day life - Saturday lie-ins, with the younger kids piled onto my bed watching cartoons or playing games on my laptop or ipad.
I used the new criteria at CSI for this page. Here they are:

From the evidence list I chose dashed lines and string. I journaled on a tag with string. The papers that I used are an older Echo Park collection 'For the Record' the colours were perfect for this challenge and I got to use up some older stash YAAAAY! (It always feels so good to do that doesn't it?). I cut the first part of my title with the cameo but decided that it would be a bit boring to create the whole title that way so I finished it off with a variety of letter stickers for a cool effect.
Hope you are having a really great weekend :)

Hah! Silly missed out:):) I really love how you've mixed up the title...is that hand drawing the white lines in? Looks great! Love how this page is different...like all the interest down the left hand side....guess what? This is awful to say..but DH said he'd buy me a Silly for my birthday.....what d'you reckon? Worth it? I'll have to change my 'tude a bit, eh? And guess what? We're coming to Auckland for a few days some time this year....

HI..This looks great, I love the title going down the layout, great way to use the photos, and yes I love using up some of the old stuff I have had for a while!

Journaling that takes half of the page and the rest of it almost "empty" - it creates a lot of "breathing space", nice.
