That is an easy one for me I use most of these things on almost all my pages! I took these photo of Benji at the Farmer's Markets on Sunday. He had never seen a pumpkin growing before (city kids eh!)and was absolutely fascinated by this squash growing in the vegetable patch. I used up a lot of odds and ends from my Studio Calico Project Life kits on this one. As I worked on it I realised that this is the style of scrapping that I most love to do. I drool over the beautiful projects at blogs such as 'Prima' and I try to add flower clusters and more subtle/earthy colours to my pages. There are some amazingly talented artists out there and I am so in awe of their work. In the end, though, I always seem to come back to bright colours and graphic designs. And, I think, that's OK with me. I will continue to experiment and try out new tecniques but in the end I am happy with my own style. (Hmmm don't know where that came from - I am in a contemplative mood today lol)
Anyway here is a wee close up of my arrows/chevrons and inking.
Have a wonderful day - Oh and don't forget the I,2,3 Challenge blog is up and running again with an entirely new design team (including moi) and some great challenges lined up over the next few months. We'd love to see you there!!
