Last month I entered their sketch competition and was thrilled to win a guest designer spot on the blog. here is my page and the sketch that it is based on. I really loved the sketch. It has such a fun feel that I thought it would be perfect for these fun photos that I had taken of Sophie and Benji at a local indoor playground.
Now there is a good story behind the background on this page. My son wanted me to teach him some mixed media techniques to use on a gift for his girlfriend. So I got out my stash of inks and masks and we had a play together. The result was the background to this page :))) I simply layered some bright papers to mat the photos and added some fun embellishments.
Here are a couple of close-ups and finally a picture of my gorgeous 20 year old son creating his gift for his girlfriends 21st :)
