I always love the challenges at 'Once Upon a Sketch'. Here is my page for this month which is based on the following sketch and chalenge theme:
Sometime it feel surreal having kids that are 19 years apart in age like Chris and Benji. The 'Grow' theme at once reminded me of this photo that I snapped a couple of days ago of my youngest and oldest sons together. They look alike desoite the age gap and looking at Chris gives a peep into the future and a little bit of insight into what Benji may be like in 20 years time.
I rotated the sketch through 90 degrees to accomodate my photos orientation. I sprayed and inked my background and selected some Teresa Collins and Studio Calico papers and journaling cards. Spot the adorable 'Crate Paper' chippie polaroid frame ?
Here are the close-ups and the journaling:
Hope you have a great weekend and all you New Zealanders are looking forward to the start of the school holidays next week :)))
