Magic happens - CSI #122

Here is this week's CSI challenge and my take on it. I always enjoy 'sketch weeks' and this time the sketch was really awesome! I love the focal banner element and the overall design just screamed out for a large photo! I really like to enlarge some of my special photos so I had a lot of fun making this page. The photos are taken at a water hole near Omapere where we spend our summer holidays each year. It is a family tradition to stop off at the water hole on our way to or from our vacation. The water is freezing cold so I rarely do more than paddle, but the older kids always challenge each other to see who will get into the water first. This year Adam won convincingly by swinging in from a rope swing!!!

From the evidence list I chose tags, something see-through (film strip transparency), leaves and circles. I journaled on tags to fulfil the journaling criteria.
My background paper is from the awesome Kaleidoscope collection from Kaisercraft. I used up lots of scraps and older tags on my banner as well as adding a few smaller photos from the day. My title is from 2Crafty chipboard.

Thanks for checking out my blog today. Do head over to CSI and check out this awesome challenge for yourself. Have a great week :)
