The new sketch up at Stuck? today is an interesting one. Here is my take on it for the Stuck? DT. At first I was a little intimidated by those triangles but when I set to work on my page I really enjoyed the challenge and love how it turned out. Sometimes its great to be pushed outside of our comfort zone and to try out new ideas!
I cut out some triangles of diferent sizes and places them on my background cardstock to use as masks. I sprayed over the entire page using blue spray ink then outlined the white triangle pattern with a black gel pen.
I aded my photos and then had fun adding strips of washi tape, patterned paper and other embellishments to my page. The title is a 2Crafty product which I heat embossed using blue embossing powder for a vibrant finish.
I handwrote the journaling in one of the triangles to complete my page.
Hard to believe that another month has gone by isn't it? We are now officially in the second half of 2014! Scary stuff!!! We would love to see you over at the 'Stuck?' blog taking part in this cool challenge. Check out the prizes up for grabs here!
