The new month is here which means lots of new challenges. here is the February challenge frpom 123 challenge blog and my take on it for the design team.
I love these bright, summery colours - they were perfect for this photo of my girls enjoying a drink at the cafe on our trip home from holiday a few weeks ago.
I used papers and embellishments from Maggie Holmes's collection for crate paper. I inked my background and allowed the ink to pool and drip - love doing that!!!
I built up a mat for my photo using ephemera and chipboard - the feathers are from 2 crafty chipboard. I handwrote my journaling and framed the entire page on a sheet of blue cardstock to add a little blue to the overall look.
