Run Paris! - Stuck Sketches May 1 sketch

Multiphoto layouts are the best way to scrap that pile of  holiday photos that seems endless!!! I loved this sketch from 'Stuck? Sketches'  and it was perfect to record this special memory of our time in Paris.
Mark and I ran the Paris marathon together to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The day before the race there was a kids event which Sophie and Benji were keen to run. There were hundreds of kids participating and the atmosphere was awesome. Benji ran his 1km holding dads hand and beaming all the way. Sophie (who is a great little runner) ran a lightening 2km race and came 5th place in the girls - she was so proud of herself! After the race we asked the kids what they liked best. Sophie said her medal and running beside the Eiffel tower. Benji said his medal and having a hot bubble bath back at the hotel!!!! (boys!!!!).
I used the new Kaisercraft 'All that Glitters' collection for this page. I love the colours in this collection - they seem to go well with a wide variety of photos.
here are a few close-ups of my page:

Have a great week :)

Absolutely fantastic....she certainly IS a good little runner. I didn't realise it was for your 25th anniversary - congratulations!! [NZ just lost a wicket in the cricket. Tom's feeling despondent!!!]...anyways.... I also like the circle element here & you've gotten FLOWERS onto the page again!!!
