Little Sophie did her first ballet and jazz exams this week. She looked so sweet all dressed up in her exam gear with her hair done up in a ballet bun. I found the cute little tutu embellie in spotlight and thought that it complemented the page perfectly.
The purple balloon LO is another vintage style page using Websters Pages. I am really loving this style right now and this is one of my all time favourite pages. Love that Tim Holtz music tape too!
Natalie and her friends were the inspiration for the 'Recycled fashion" LO. Their creation came third in the Westlake Girls fashion parade. I had just bought another Martha Stewart punch to add to my embarrasing collection LOL - hence the upper border to the page.
My in-laws recently celebrated their 50th anniversary and I had lots of photos of the cousins together - quite unusual to have all 8 in one place at the same time. I wanted to use as many photos as I could and so I surrounded the central enlargement with 7 cropped wallet-size prints. The paper is the new Sassafrass "Indie Girl" collection which is 'to die for' gorgeous!
The last LO is for the Pencil Lines challenge blog this week. I don't usually manage to leave this much white space on my LOs so I am quite proud of myself with this one! The papers are left-over scraps from my Echo Park design team selection from Scotty Crafts paired with some October Afternoon 'Fly a Kite' papers. These two collections complement each other so well and are perfect for those happy, summery or child-themed LOs.
Thanks for looking :)
