Beautiful Girl

Hi everyone - how are your Christmas preparations going. Better than mine I hope. I have really not been organised this year and the days seem to have just sneaked past :)
Anyway I have a page to share today - I used the colour challenge from Scrapfriends to do this one.

Here are the colours:

I took this photo of Sophie at the weekend. we were waiting for the Santa train to take us to the Waiuku Christmas wonderland. She looked so adorable in her dress and her favourite summer hat. She made the little glove herself from a pair of her sisters old stockings that had been put in the rubbish! She really does have her own sense of style!
I used papers from a variety of manufacturers including Heidi Swapp, October Afternoon and Amy Tan. The gorgeous string of pearls and the fabric heart button are from Purple Pumpkin and they really help to create the perfect atmosphere for the photo.
Here is a close up:

Have a great day and try not to get too stressed in the build up to Christmas - what really counts is sharing the love with your family and friends :)
