Apple on a String

Last Sunday morning we went to the local Farmer's Markets. As Autumn is fast approaching here in NZ they were having a kind of Autumn themed celebration. The first thing that caught my kids eye were the apples hanging from strings. The idea is to take a bite without using your hands. Not as easy as it sounds :) Benji ran round and round in circles after his apple untilhe finally got so dizzy that he fell over. Sophie tried to cheat by using her shoulder but got caught! Natalie, at 16, was way too cool to even try lol!
I used the current CSI criteria to scrap this page.

From the evidence list I used stamps, words as embellishments, jewels, circles and stencils. I used a Journaling stamp to record a section of my journaling.
My papers are from the new Studio Calico 'Here and Now' collection and the American Craft 'Ready,Set, Go'. The houndstooth border is made from a sheet of cardstock that I have had for ages and yay, I have finally used it up!
I sprayed my background over arrows that I cut with my Cameo - I love making my own masks with the cameo cuts. Here is a close -up.

I just love the studio Calico wood veneers - I used a camera and an arrow here.
Have a great day :)
