Its time for another CSI/2crafty joint reveal today :) Here is my page for both the DTs. It was a great opportunity to scrap these photos that I took on a recent kindy trip to Auckland museum. Benjis group were studying dinosaurs and he was so excited to be going to see the dinosaur bones at the museum. At the end of the day when I asked him what he liked best about the day he said without hesitation 'the bus trip' (sigh!!!)
Anyway, from the evidence list I used labels, string and a frame. I handwrote my journaling on a tag to fulfil the journaling criteria.
My papers are from the awesome October Afternoon 'Travel girl' collection which I LOVE!!! and also from Pink Paislee's 'Portfolio' collection (one of my all time favourites).
Now check out the awesome 2crafty chipboard. First my title- the word 'today' is a 2Crafty product.
I used it in conjunction with alpha stickers and 'Thickers' to make a long, interesting title phrase. I painted the word with black distress paint and coated it with dimensional magic.
The polaroid style frame highlighting Benji on the bus waiting to leave is one of my favourite 2crafty products. I used a blue gelato to colour it and inked the edges. An October Afternoon sticker completed the look perfectly.
Finally the film strip is from 2Crafty. It is such a versatile item and matches many layout themes. I painted this with black distress paint and matted it on a row of OA tickets.

Oh, yes! That 'today' totally ROCKS...first I thought it was a Silly cut..... & I just LOOOVE what you do with film strips...just tried to use one today, I have difficulty with them, strangely & I soooo agree with you re PP 'portfolio', too:):) And I Adore B's hat:):):)
