Natalies Amazing Tardis cake!

This weeks challenge is up at CSI and it is a neutral colour palate this time. Fortunately I had just got my hands on this lovely background paper from Prima that was a perfect match. My eldest daughter natalie has just turned 17. For the last few years she has made her own birthday cakes (and those of other family members too). She loves cake decorating and never fails to impress us with her creations. This year she made this awesome 'Tardis' cake (from Dr Who incase you have not come across a Tardis before !!).
To make my page I pretty much layered all the bits and bobs that I could find in the correct colours under my photos. The Crate Paper transparencies make great embellishments and as they are see through they don't hide the layers beneath them. Most of my tags and labels are from Kaisercraft's 'Take Note' collectables. Here are a couple of close-ups:

Hope you can stop over at CSI and maybe have a go at this one - as usual there are lots of great prizes up for grabs!
