Lets blitz those nitz :)

I guess that this is not a usual topic to scrapbook, but I really like this photo of my littlies in their green shower caps waiting for the nit-repellant shampoo to do its work! I don't know if it is the same everywhere but head lice are a real problem in New Zealand schools right now. They are such a pain to get rid of, so when Sophie bought home a note from school to say that lice were around again we decided to shampoo both the kids to be on the safe side.
I used the criteria for this month's challenge at 'White with One' to create this page. The background 'corrugated cardboard' paper is from Kaisercraft - isn't it cool? Most of my tags and PP are also Kaisercraft, with a little Teresa Collins and 'Elles Studio' in the mix. I used texture paste to make the diamond pattern on the background paper, then added some random stamping and inking.

Have a great day - the weather here in Auckland is windy and a little chilly, the perfect excuse to stay inside and do a little crafting!

Fabulous layout, great photo of the kids and their nit caps.. and don't worry we have big aussie nits over here, a terrible problem.. I find the tea tree products help and if you have seen how long my DD hair used to be.. not good to have to treat it.. took me hours to comb through.. I hope that is the end of em for you!!
