Family Fun Run - Stuck June 15th reveal

Here is the mid-month sketch from Stuck? Sketches and my take on it for the Stuck? design team.
I love multi-photo sketches and this one reminded me a little of a Project Life page. I chose two recent photos of a fun run that we enjoyed as a family and printed them out as 3.5" x 3.5" squares. On this particular day Benji was not really in the mood to run, but once he started off he had a blast dragging dad around the course. They ended up doing 2.5kms instead of 2km  because Mark took him the wrong way (typical man - refuses to ask for directions or check out the course before starting lol).

I created my title by adhering some old stickers to the page to use as a mask. I painted over them using a black paint dauber, then peeled them off when the paint was dry - I love the grungy look that it has created.
My card 'I cant do this but I'm doing it any way' was part of a Studio Calico PL kit. It perfectly reflected the way that Benji was feeling on this day.

Check out the cool chipboard pieces on my page - they are all 2Crafty products. Firstly there is the polaroid style frame which I have covered with white acrylic paint and topped with a slightly smaller paper frame. I also used a wiggly arrow, painted white and stamped with a background stamp, and my favourite chevron bits, painted black and outlined with white gel pen.
I handwrote my journaling on a punched out circle of grid paper to complete the page.
We would love for you to try out this challenge yourself. Visit the Stuck blog here and check out all the cool prizes up for grabs. Have a great week :)
