Baby Love

I did this page for the challenge at Kraft it Up. My background paper is a pale Kraft colour (although it looks quite white on my photo). The challenge was to use Kraft paper as a background then add another three Kraft coloured item to the page. My items are the gorgeous 'say it with studs' flourish that I cut up and spread around my page, the transparency frame behind my main photo and the Kraft coloured twine bow on my wooden button.
These photo are 3 years old now. We met up with our lovely friends Els and Ron this week and the girls were totally besotted by their new baby grandson. It reminded me that it wasn't too long ago that Benji was a tiny wee baby and I found these precious photos of him at only a few weeks old being cherished by his big sisters. I converted my photos to sepia to match the gorgeous Pink Paislee 'London Markets' papers (my new favourite 'girlie' collection) - and to hide some of the clutter in the background of my photos lol! The transparent frame is a 'Peek-a-Boo' from the Glitz Designs 'French Kiss' collection. These co-ordinate beautifully with the Pink Paisley 'London Market' papers and some of the new 'Prima' ranges.
All my materials, including the flourishes and wooden buttons can be bought at Scottie Crafts - and do check out the new bakers twine in store!!!
