Always Blessed - stuck sketches October 1st

Here is my design team take on the Oct 1st 'Stuck? Sketch'. This month Stuck sketches has paired up with the awesome 'Colour me Happy' team to bring you some fantastic inspiration. I had so much fun with this gorgeous sketch. The precious photo that I chose has been waiting for some 'special' treatment since we returned from our Disney holiday last month. I love the way that Benji is looking up at his big sister with such love and adoration in his eyes. 

I inked, sprayed and stamped my background in the 'Colour me Happy' colour scheme.

I used a watercolour 'Inktense' pencil to make the circle element. I then layered pieces of left over papers in the appropriate colours to mat my photo and positioned them inside my circle.

I used a Heidi Swapp acrylic word for my title 'Always'. I really love these words. They are so versatile and you can change the colour to match any page using a permanent marker pen.

I hand-wrote my essential journaling around the circle then added the details to a tag and tucked it behind my photo.
